Great product and service
I contacted Monax test and weather to report an issue I was having with the temperature sensor in my Aercus Weatherranger station which I had purchased from them several years ago. I received very prompt communications detailing several troubleshooting options and steps to fix the issue as well as a link to a new temp/humidity board as a last option and installation instructions for same. As it turned out, the troubleshooting pointed to new board, which was ordered and arrived promptly. After following the excellent installation instructions, I was able to fit the new board, and my Weatherranger lives again! Outstanding service, great product, a customer for life!
