Delivery, Warranty & Returns


Delivery charge are calculated on the size and weight of the delivery, or for some items are fixed. You will see the full delivery charge before completing your purchase. In general, delivery to Australian addresses takes between 3-5 business days nationwide following receipt of payment (although this can be up to 7-10 days during busy freight service periods) with an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery. Some Aercus, iButton and measurement instruments are delivered from Auckland, which normally take an extra day for the international leg of the journey. On occasion not all items ordered will be available in stock. We will, at our discretion, deliver the goods available at the time and the rest as soon as they become available. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery time of the missing item.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You can return any product you have purchased from our website (except for software, software licenses, electronic books or products provided by third parties) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, no matter what the reason.  Refunds are available for the value of the goods only; freight or courier costs will not be refunded (both to you and for the return).  The product must be returned in its original condition, to the correct address, with packaging and RMA.  For all returns you must contact us first and receive an RMA code which you must return with the item(s).

For a complete refund items must be received in original, saleable condition, show no signs of wear, and be received back within 30-days from date of shipment, or otherwise as agreed. They must include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, straps, cords etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner’s manual, warranty card, etc.).  We reserve the right to offer partial refunds when the conditions for a full refund have not been met.

Saleability is determined at the sole discretion of us or our agents and no refunds can be provided if we or they reasonably determine an incomplete return, or damaged return howsoever occurring. You are responsible for the goods until they safely reach our warehouse, as such we recommend taking care when packing items for return to prevent damage.  We also recommend you use a reputable courier company against whom you can make a claim if your item is lost or damaged in transit.  Returns take approximately 7-10 working days to clear and process.


We warrant our products to be free of defects in components and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one year from the date of original purchase. While we and our suppliers make every effort to carefully manufacture our products to the highest standards of quality, occasionally parts may be found to be missing, defective, or damaged. If you have a defective part, return the product to us (the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your cost, the cost of returning the item(s) to you is our cost). Include proof of purchase and a fully completed RMA form. For all warranty claims you must contact us first and receive an RMA form which you must return with the item(s). During the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, negligence, accident, unauthorised service, or to incidental or consequential damages beyond the products themselves. This warranty and obligations hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of suitability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any consequential damages caused by the failure of our equipment.
