Product Description

The Davis Vantage Pro2 series of wireless weather stations are the first and only stations in its consumer price range to use frequency hopping spread spectrum radio technology. The Davis Vantage Pro2 can transmit and receive data up to 300m line of sight.  Add wireless repeaters for distances up to 3.2 km!

The Davis Vantage Pro2 tracks a huge number of weather variables: temperature (indoor and outdoor), barometric pressure, humidity, rainfall, wind, wind chill, dew point, and many others.  It includes a display console and the innovative integrated sensor suite, which combines rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, and anemometer all into one package making setup easier than ever and improving performance and reliability.

You can set over 70 alarms on the Davis Pro2 for multiple functions simultaneously. You can graph the last 24 hours, days, or months of readings or highs and lows, and view over 80 graphs including additional analysis of temperature, rain, rain rate, wind, and barometric pressure without a computer. The ticker-tape display shows forecast details and additional information with over 100 different messages. You can even link it to your PC via Davis Pro2 WeatherLink software and upload near real-time weather information to your website.

Note: All of our Davis equipment operates on legal Australian frequencies, holds C-tick certification and comes with full Australian warranty and support.

  • Anemometer includes both wind speed and wind direction sensors
  • Rugged components stand up to hurricane-force winds, yet are sensitive to the lightest breeze. Wind-tunnel tested to speeds in excess of 170 miles per hour (274 km/h)

  • Weather-resistant shelter houses electronic components for added protection against the elements
  • Wireless stations use frequency hopping spread spectrum radio to connect back to the console

  1. Davis Vantage Pro2 Wireless Weather Station 6152AU 5 Star Review

A terrific product and easy to assemble. We are using the weather station in the remote Central Highlands of Tasmania to monitor our radical and ever changing weather conditions. From +30 deg C through to -13 deg C the station performs perfectly. We are looking forward to many interesting years of weather data. Robust and a quality product.

  2. Vantage Pro 2 wireless weather station 4 Star Review

Posted by on 4th Jul 2014

The station was easy to assemble and functioned well within hours of first opening the box. I have since improved the rigidity and durability of the two mounts I have used and look forward to many years of good data on my local weather. I was delighted at the accuracy of the instruments in a quick calibration check of thermometers and anemometer. The barometer checks out well with a bureau device within 20 km.
