COVID-19: Trading Update

Update: 21/2/22

Staff at our Aercus warehouse are isolating due to Covid-19 exposure. Therefore, there will be delays for Aercus orders and for some of the measurement items. Stock of Davis are very low, with replenishment due in April. If you need your order urgently, please Contact Us.

Update: 1/12/21

Delivery times from Auckland (for Aercus products) is currently 2-3 weeks. This can be subject to delay, and orders place after 6th December may not arrive before Christmas.

Update: 22/09/21

It has been confirmed that the Auckland warehouse has reopened and is now shipping all orders, There is a backlog to work through and there are certain to be delays on the international leg of the journey due to diminished air capacity.

There are severe delivery delays on all products.

Update: 24/08/21

We have been informed that the warehouse in Auckland has been closed due to their local lockdown rules. This means that all orders for Aercus and measurement equipment as of 24th August is considered a preorder and will be shipped once the NZ warehouse opens.

Update 18/08/21

There are severe delivery delays on all products.

Due to lockdowns in NSW and Victoria, Davis, Netatmo, Tesa and La Crosse items shipped from these warehouses are delayed by several days as the warehouse teams are running with the reduced required for safe operation.

Aercus and some of the measurement products are shipped from Auckland. With New Zealand also in lockdown, at best warehouse handling times will be increased, at worst the warehouse will be completely shut - we are awaiting an update.

For orders from there, there are delays to some destinations with air cargo capacity from NZ is restricted. Some consignments are delayed for several days waiting for cargo space on an aeroplane. The reduction of trans-Tasman passenger flights has reduced cargo capacity and increased delivery times.

iButton products have been temporarily removed from sale due to difficulties in manufacture and supply.

Please be aware that the delivery network is under pressure and deliveries may be significantly delayed, and tracking codes may not be updated as these are delayed too.
